The Arran is a 15-bedroom property offering guests serviced luxury rooms and suites located right in the heart of St Andrews, 3 minutes walk from The Old Course. On the ground floor of the north wing the fully renovated property offers 2 luxurious suites, 1 offering garden access (Garden Suite) and The Murray Suite which provides one of the largest en-suites in St Andrews!. There is also one King/Twin en-suite room with views over the garden (Garden Terrace Room). On the first floor, The Morris Suite provides a large King/Twin luxury en-suite room with sitting area for extra relaxation!. On this level The MacIntyre offers a large King/Twin with stunning large en-suite. The Top floor offers the Wee Double which has a private shower room across the corridor along with two further King/Twin Ensuite guestrooms (The Torrie and The Maisie)
The south wing of The Arran offers guests a selection of luxury rooms and suites which were fully renovated in early 2023. The Jones Suite is located on the ground floor and offers guests a very large bedroom and en-suite. Also on this floor is The Mezzanine Suite which offers accommodation unique to St Andrews. Built over two floors, The Mezzanine Suite offers a super king bed on the ground floor with seating area that leads out to a private outside terrace area. On the upper level, a DUX double bed provides additional accommodation for a small group of friends or family (max occupancy 3 people). On the upper floors, four additional King rooms which can all be split to provide twin accommodation. The DUX Suite is located on the top floor and provides a uniquely furnished room showcasing the luxury interiors of the world renowned DUXIANA, suppliers of all our beds across the Andrean Links portfolio of properties. The DUX Suite also offers a large en-suite with separate shower and bath

Andrean House offers luxury exclusive use accommodation in a fully renovated three-storey townhouse. The property consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with sliding doors opening out to a garden terrace to the rear of the property. Andrean House offers 4 King / Twin en-suite guestrooms and 1 Double with separate private shower room. Andrean House is located 250 yards from the Old Course 1st tee and 5 minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants of St Andrews.
Andrean House was completely renovated in 2022.

The hosts were delightful - friendly and welcoming. The room was great - with comfortable beds, excellent toiletries, minibar etc. The breakfast is really exceptional at the cafe round the corner. It was a real find and different to the usual corporate hotels

By far the best hotel I have stayed at in Scotland. Every detail is well thought from eye masks/shades, black out shutters, amazing bathroom amenities, fresh milk for tea/coffee, high quality linen (obsessed with the pillows and how comfortable the bed was) and overall design. Charlie was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival. Honestly, there was nothing we could fault and we look forward to visiting again soon.

The location couldn't be in a better place. It is within walking distance from all that is worth visiting in St. Andrews. The room was really nice with all the comfort you need. The breakfast was provided in a family-run place nearby called Bibi's Cafe, and it was delicious. The staff at the Arran and Bibi's Cafe were extremely friendly and professional.

'We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Arran. We stayed in The Jones Suite. The super king bed was insanely comfortable, huge/beautiful bathroom, and the absolute best customer service. Breakfast at Bibi’s each morning was such a treat, and it was just a short walk downtown to shops and restaurants, the sea, and most importantly, the golf! Thank you for the amazing hospitality'
