COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS DURING YOUR STAY
If you have any complaints during your stay or that there are any maintenance issues to be attended to, please let us know as soon as possible so that the fault can be remedied. The failure of the water supply, gas, electricity or internet services or heating systems or any appliances are not the fault of the owner, but we will always use our best endeavours to resolve any problems as soon as possible once notified of them.
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2008 we are a data controller. In order to process the booking we need to collect certain personal details from you. We must pass some of these personal details to the owner. The information may also be provided to public authorities as and when required by law. We do not store or process credit/debit card details. You agree that Andrean Links can process your personal data in this and pass these details on the relevant authorities if need be. You also agree that Andrean Links can and may process and store personal details for its own administration, market analysis and future marketing purposes and special offers and events.You have the right to obtain any information we hold about you; any queries please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE BOOKING:
Please note that all reservations cancelled between 30 days and 0 days of arrival are non-refundable or transferrable.
