The Arran offers luxury contemporary accommodation comprising of 15 guestrooms. On the ground floor of the north building the fully renovated property offers 2 luxurious suites, 1 offering garden access (Garden Suite) and The Murray Suite which provides one of the largest en-suites in St Andrews!. There is also one King/Twin en-suite room with views over the garden (Room 4). On the first floor, The Morris Suite provides a large King/Twin luxury en-suite room with sitting area for extra relaxation!. On this level Room 5 offers a large King/Twin with stunning large en-suite. The Top floor offers the Wee Double which has a private shower room across the corridor along with two further King/Twin Ensuite guestrooms (Room 7 and Room 8)

 

In April 2023, The Arran will add a further 7 guestrooms following a full renovation of the old Craigmore property next door. These new rooms will comprise of The Jones Suite which is located on the ground floor. Also on this floor will be the Mezzanine Suite which will offer accommodation unique to St Andrews. Built over two floors, The Mezzanine Suite offers a super king bed on the ground floor with seating area that leads out to a private outside terrace area. On the upper level, a double bed provides additional accommodation for a small group of friends or family (max occupancy 3 people). On the upper floors, the new rooms in The Arran will provide four additional King rooms which can all be split to provide twin accommodation if required. The DUX Suite is located on the top floor and provides a uniquely furnished room showcasing the world luxury interiors of the legendary Duxiana, suppliers of all our beds across the Andrean Links portfolio of luxury properties

The Arran is located 275 yards from the Old Course 1st tee and 5 minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants of St Andrews.

Andrean House offers luxury exclusive use accommodation in a fully renovated three-storey townhouse. The property consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with sliding doors opening out to a garden terrace to the rear of the property. Andrean House offers 4 King / Twin en-suite guestrooms and 1 Double with separate private shower room. Andrean House is located 250 yards from the Old Course 1st tee and 5 minutes walk from all the shops, bars and restaurants of St Andrews.
